Its like physical existence. We live. Time passes and at the end, physically we are gone. Its the marks that we make along the way that are relevent. Its the act of living.



I also really like Andy Goldsworthy's work:

 

 

 

 

 He records the work as it moves and changes with passing time . The whole cycle is relevant. By Looking at its eventual deterioration with time, the time when it was most alive is emphasised.
