Week 5:

The artists that i have researched so far have really helped me understand where i am myself at this stage and what direction i want to go in.

I was really worried that looking at other artists work would confuse me but it has had the completely opposite effect. It brought my thoughts and ideas into focus.

I realised that i am most interested in working with light and movement through space.

I was thinking about trying to make a sand sculpture and catch the light and shadows cast by it from sunrise to sunset. I didnt time this correctly and i need to reseach it more to be honest but i ended up capturing this light projection instead, which i thought was facinating.
